What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Each charter comes with a trained crew, safety gear, fuel costs covered, and standard drinks. Items included can vary according to the type of charter – for example, our evening tours offer upgraded refreshments and snacks, whereas business charters provide amenities such as meeting spaces and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, it's advised to book 2–3 weeks beforehand, or even more so during our busy period (May–September). For business gatherings and private events, it's best to reserve 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and to have enough time for any special requests.
What are the procedures for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our priority. If the captain determines the weather is not safe, we will propose an alternative date for your experience or issue a full refund. We closely monitor the weather forecasts and will inform you at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we suspect any potential issues.
May I supply my own refreshments?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own snacks and drinks on board. We also offer an array of catering options and are able to tailor menus to your taste. Please note that for the safety of everyone on board, glass containers are not allowed.
Do you provide access for passengers with mobility disabilities?
Our goal is to welcome all passengers. Some of our yachts are more equipped for those with mobility needs than others. Get in touch with our team when making your booking to talk over any specific requirements you may have, and we will suggest the best accessible yacht and prepare any needed adjustments.
What is the protocol for cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours before departure, a full reimbursement is issued. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before the trip will result in a refund of 50% of the booking cost. Any cancellations made within 24 hours before departure are not refundable, except in the event of unsafe weather or yacht malfunctions that we are responsible for.
